lyrics

Danny Howells: Well, am I afraid of the future? Well I don’t think the future is looking too great right now. Unless people in their masses make huge huge huge changes to the way they live. I don’t really have much hope really. I don’t want to sound too negative but that is just the way I feel.

Daphne Fernberger: So I really focus on the things that go towards a better future. And fear doesn’t help. Honesty does and changes do.

Tom Szirtes: I am, I am afraid of the future. Is afraid the right word? I have concerns about the future. I don’t know if it is because I’m getting older. The future of the world seemed a much less planned place and much less certain place when I was growing up, for all sorts of reasons. Than nothing else, climate change is the biggest of those. Our systems are not going to survive and that’s fundamentally going to change everything. I’m not sure our societies will be able to adapt quickly enough.

Asterico: When you are talking about climate change and all the massive bushfire that happens in Australia - and it’s happening quite often and it’s getting worse - and that current huge fire in California and all the other stuff, then yes it’s scary. But life has always been a mixture of fear and excitement and pain and happiness, right? That’s life. So - yes I am afraid and I am excited and I am hopeful about the future. And all we can do is just to live for the moment, until for the moment won’t come anymore.
